Products will ship out within 2 business days. There are two dispatch days in the week, every Wednesday and every Friday - The cut off time to receive orders by the preferred dispatch date is Monday 11am for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday 11am for Friday delivery.

Ta-Bao uses DPD, a third party courier service, to ensure safe fulfilment for all deliveries.

All items are packaged using suitable packaging for frozen food products.

Ta-Bao will send out an automatic email to confirm that your order has been received and dispatched. The courier, in this case DPD, will let you know via text or email when your order is scheduled for delivery.
